2016 ALA Picnic Reimbursement

Nate,

 

I vote we reimburse Scott and Carla Tobin $200 for the main entrée they provided for the annual lake association picnic this year.  Attached please find the receipt’s they have submitted to me (Lancer receipt $179.77 + Walmart A $19.44 + Walmart B $11.80 = 211.01).  We are over the budget and that doesn’t include the water, condiments and paper products.   Everyone brings a dish to pass so the overages are our dish to pass J
