Antler Lake Association Board Of Commissioners ("BOC")

Harlan, Chris,

From my past experience with our lake association, someone from the county board of supervisors and someone from the township have held positions on our BOC.  Previously, Harlan, you held that seat and whomever was the District 4 supervisor held the other seat. 

We have been operating as a 3 person BOC, but would like to include both the township and the county, and I think we are required to? Harlan - you may have more insight on this than me.  Can you help us by fill those seats?  The BOC meets once a year physically (annual meeting), and three times a year electronically, not physically, to handle association business as needed.

Harlan, if I recall correctly you were working toward retiring or at least stepping back from the many positions you have held and helped for many years.  If you are not available, do you have someone else in mind from the township that might be interested? 

Chris, would you be available to fill the County Supervisors seat? I understand you are not in the area over memorial weekend when we hold our annual meeting, so could you check and see if another supervisor might be willing to fill in at the meetings?  We meet Saturday morning of Memorial weekend at the Milltown fire hall 10 am to noon every year.

Yes I’m your County supervisor , I can attend or I can appoint a person for your lake district if you want or have a name of someone that would be interested. I will plan on attending your meeting this year.
