* Bugfix: In awp.lisp use valign=middle, not valign=center.
* Bugfix: Rare race condition that could cause workers to
fail an assertion and exit. Could only reproduce on FreeBSD.
* Bugfix: Send a 403 Forbidden if a directory in the HTML root
isn't readable instead of terminating worker.
