Portable file system cache diagnostics and control

vmtouch is a versatile tool for learning about and controlling
the file system cache of unix and unix-like systems. It is BSD
licensed so you can basically do whatever you want with it.

It is useful for many things, including locking parts of your
website into physical memory to eliminate disk latency. It is
intended to complement Antiweb but is implemented as a
stand-alone unix utility.
