* Feature: Optional Etag hashing for hiding inode information
in Etag headers.
* Feature: :accept-x-real-ip option added for handlers in
worker conf. This is so that reverse proxied connections
from a trusted IP can set an X-Real-IP header which will
contain the client's IP for logging purposes.
* Feature: :x-real-ip parameter for get and post handlers
in AWP pages.
