The January, 2012, issue of the _CSA Newsletter_ had an article about
"Evolving Web Standards: a Blessing and a Curse." Martin Greaney has added a
comment to indicate his conviction that the use of HTML meaning-only tags is
beneficial and should be considered to be in our best interests as well as
the best interests of our readers.
