The new Spedix Power Distribution is different from the old version where there are 4 sets of black and red wires to plug into. How do you connect the FC to the Spedix power distribution board?(i am very new to this)

Very Sorry Jimmy. I misread your initial question.

There is a 5v out on the power distribution board. You will have to splice and share that 5v+ and GND with the thin red and black wires from the ESCs.

A quite simple and clean power setup is as follows:

1.  plug the 5V power wire from the power distribution board into the receiver (RX), in any slow with the brown(negative) towards the bottom of the RX.
2.  plug the Red +5V wire from the Flight Controller (FC) into the RX, any middle port
3.  plug the Black GND wire from the FC into the RX, below the Red
4.  Note the black wire plugged into the bottom right that is connected to all four ESC's
5.  The 12V wire on the PDB is there for other accessories that are not part of the "standard" build.  A cool LED strip would be a good use of this power connector.  Just sayin.
