Yes,
I have used on personal quads nylock nuts available from Lowes/Home Depot. I don't know the size of the thread off hand, but the spec on the internet should say (or take the spinner to the hardware store to match.) It is probably a metric thread. These are available in the specialty fastener bins. Another option is to use loctite (blue) to keep the prop spinners on, but this is less foolproof than the nylock.
