How do I use simulator_agent? What is it made for?

The file simulator_agent is given in Antidote package and can be found on https://github.com/signove/antidote/blob/master/sdk/simulator_agent.c

I need an agent simulator to test Antidote by TCP (I couldn't do it by Bluetooth). Can I use simulator_agent for this?
Perhaps Elvis Pfützenreuter can help me.
