Where is the Antidote library?

I already have the Android NDK but do not know what to do with it?

What does this mean?
The Antidote core library must be checked out under HeathService / jni folder, and built with NDK in there.

You need to clone the antidote jni folder in C code and compile it with NDK.

There is a Android.mk in jni / so you should run ndk-build from this folder.

Thank

Hi Silvio,

In my case I have this order:

Android Project Base dir ---> jni ---> antidote ---> source code of the antidote (everything in this project: https://github.com/signove/antidote except the android samples).

In jni folder, change the content of Android.mk to the following:

BASE_PATH:= $(call my-dir)
include $(BASE_PATH)/antidote/Android.mk

Then just call ndk-build from your project base folder (not from inside the jni).

Best,
Samat

I am sorry, I did not understand your previous post.

You don't need to program the agent. You just need to pair the agent with the manager device, the one which your android-antidote is running on. The rest is already done in antidote.

Best,
Samat

Sorry for asking too many questions and my English is not very good

And the need HealthServiceTestActivity file do something beyond the correction of the path

In pdf Antidote : Program Guide page 31 says :

"All executables are in src / folder . Prepend Do not forget the . / When running Them in src / . Que Note healthd needs the file src / healthd.conf to be copied to / etc/dbus- 1/system.d / because it exports a D -Bus service to other apps . If you do not make install , you need to manually copy this file and restart D -Bus . "

You did this?

The examples that I installed were these:

http://oss.signove.com/index.php/Antidote:_IEEE_11073-20601_stack

Android samples

File: HealthService - 2.0.0 - rc1.tar.gz Sample Android service

File: HealthServiceTest - 2.0.0 - rc1.tar.gz Testing sample client for Android service

Here also has an antidote library:

Source Code

File: Antidote - 2.0.0.tar.gz Version 2.0 final

What is the difference that exists for other Samat sent me :

https://github.com/signove/antidote

I've already paired device with oximetry ( only 9560 ) but are not received any data
