First Fifteen Years

I just uploaded the "definitive" history of "the first fifteen years"
of GWC. I did this in case this document undergoes changes in the near
future, given the new university status (which the Utah dept of
commerce approved by the way).

It's interesting to note by the way, that they no longer appear to be
trying to build a liberal arts college; instead, they're trying to
build a new Oxford University, with various colleges beneath it.
Interesting. I guess we'll be seeing Samuel Adams College shortly.
