Sorry for the last minute announcement, the date crept up on me!!!

We're proud to be featuring Fred Simpson as our featured poet for September 2016. 

Fred is a New York based poet, songwriter, producer, and percussionist who has performed extensively in the metropolitan area. 

Fred's poetry speaks to the rhythm, soul, mystery, and love of life.  Often accompanying himself, Fred presents a poet, musicologist persona of great insight, thoughtfulness, humor, and sincere humanity.

Following Fred will be the open mic, so put a poem in your pocket and come join us!
