Anthologizing poetry and other "formatted" posts?

We were hoping to use Anthologize to aggregate posts from an online literary journal into a pdf for amazon.com.  Has anyone else tried this?  Anthologize does not seem yet capable of retaining poetry formatting; it doesn't even seem to retain things like italics.  Wait for a later development?
