Emails by Chapter

Hi. 

I need some help with a problem that I can't get my brain around:

I need to send out a scheduled email or reminder to subscribers for each of the chapters of a book within a library.

At this time, I see that each book is a 'project' in Anthologise, each chapter is a 'part'. 

How on earth do I achieve this scheduled email/reminder?
