Where does PDF appear? No PDF output

I have a project with about 40 short WP pages in it, (Pages, not Posts) I can export to RTF, but when I click "Next" after selecting PDF out, then default PDF Publishing Options, then click "Export", it goes to a blank web page. There does not seem to be a PDF anywhere....

I have Anthologize 0.7.6 on WP 4.3.1, under OS X 10.10.4 (Yosemite) as the server.

Where is my PDF? I waiting a while in case it's slow, but nothing happens. Is there a log file somewhere?
