Issue in exporting PDF when project title is Special charater

Hi Team,

I am getting issue while exporting PDF and RTF i.e 

1) My project title is Prüfung and when I export it by PDF the name of the file which generate is Prfung.pdf means the file is not outputs special character ü 

2) When I export RTF file, the file name generate is correct i.e Prüfung.rtf but when I open rtf the Title is coming is Prüfung i.e it is not reading special character.

Can anybody help me to fix the issue.
