Jutoh 3.31 is now available, from:

There are various bug fixes, and new features include:

* nested footnotes (for example an endnote within a footnote)

* a new footnote management dialog to easily assign different types to your footnotes/endnotes

* new configuration options for guillemet spacing, soft hyphenation, insertion of non-breaking spaces for abbreviations, and suppression of named HTML entities

* a presets tab in Formatting Cleanup

* smarter merging of multiple paragraphs to take into account spacing and punctuation.
