Strange graphic error when viewing chapter

Getting this error when I'm trying to edit a chapter in a book.

I can't edit anything below that line, and the black section grows larger as I scroll down, but doesn't reduce when I scroll back up.

This makes the software unusable. Any suggestions?

Hi Jason,

Sorry to hear this. A handful users have reported a similar glitch, and there are some things to try in "KB0440: Why are black rectangles appearing on the screen when scrolling?" You can find this by typing "KB0440" or "black rectangles" into the help search control in the Jutoh toolbar.

There's one more suggestion I haven't added to the list, which is to change the number of pixels per scroll unit Click Options, then in "Advanced" (at the bottom), find "Editor line height" and change it to, say, 30.

It's a pain and I don't know the underlying cause and why it only happens on some devices, but hopefully one of the suggestions will help.
