Dear Palo Verde Residents,

Palo Verde will be undertaking a multi-phased parking lot slurry coat project over the next several weeks starting Monday 8-22-16 and ending Thursday on 9-1-16. We will be slurry coating all of the parking lots in Palo Verde (See attached map). The slurry coat adds a resurfacing layer to the asphalt and helps increase the life span parking lots. The slurry coat project will restrict traffic flow and parking in the impacted areas for 1-2 days.  We will maintain pedestrian access to the apartment units throughout the project. You may have to enter by a different pathway than normal however. Signs will be posted around the property and start dates will be marked on the areas to be done. The work is scheduled to begin at 8:00am and finish by 5:00pm daily. The areas will be restriped and painted this may take up until the next day when dry. It may be a two day process in some areas (weather dependent).  We will open all areas that are dry enough for traffic and parking at the end of the day. The process is very weather dependent and the sun is the major factor in the dry time for the project. All Vehicles must be moved out of the areas that are to be done by 7:30am on the start date for that area (see attached map). Vehicles not moved are subject to being towed and the resident being billed. If you have a garage, you will not be able to access your car in/out of your garage for up to two days. If you have a garage you will receive an email explaining what you may do with your car during the project in your area. You may have to take another route to enter or leave the property. Please watch the traffic signs for directions while the work is being performed in those areas.

If you have any questions please call the office 824-8918.
