Search KWIC with a list of words

Dear Prof. Anthony,

I am using Antconc version 4for doing research, and I would like to ask you how can I search KWIC (a list of words) at the same time. I mean that in your tutorial video you show how to search KWIC and you type 1 word to search, now I have a list of word to search? How can I upload the list of word to search at the same time? or i have to search one by one?

Hello, Pham.

You can use the advanced search. Next to the start button there is a box called "Adv search". By clicking on it a new window will appear. By clicking on "Search Query List" you can list several words for the program to search.

Can you pls post a screen? I did try different way, but no hits are found

There are two boxes (I typed both two boxes, or one box, use commas, no commas, ... but no hits are found)

Hi,

Don't use commas. Simply create a (vertical) list of words and paste them directly into the box. Or you can add them one by one by typing them into the entry box and clicking "Add".
