I think you just need to edit the token definition in the global settings. Can you try appending the punctuation you are interested in and seeing if that works?

I did that, but the results on word list are words with connected to them punctuation marks. 
For example:

[Laurence Anthony]

Ah, I see. I think what you probably need to do is simply put a space before all punctuation marks in your corpus through a batch search and replace. With regex and Notepad++ this would be trivial to do.
