problem about using Antconc to create Chinese corpus

Dear Mr. Anthony,

I have some problem in creating Chinese corpus, I 've tried to solve the problem as follow but still cannot use.

1. I changed my file from .doc to .txt in UTF 8 unicode, and also the same file from pdf to txt by using your ant fileconverter app. but It seems that Antconc cannot see the file.

2.So I downloaded the Segment Ant but it still doesn't work. 

could you give me some suggestion?

Hi Sayumporn,

The problem is the name of your file (which is probably saved in a different encoding). Just change the name of your file to something in plain English (a-zA-Z) and everything should be fine.
