Problems with inserting files into AntConc

Hello! I am a university student and a new AntConc user~ I recently am doing a project on health communication by analysing comments from Instagram posts using a corpus-assisted approach. However, after I used some online tools to export comments onto an excel and paste them into a word document, it could not be inserted into AntConc and displays the attached image. 

I am using a MacBook Air M1 2020 Laptop, using the 4.3.1 version of AntConc. I also attached in this email the document, named as '10k comments', which I attempted to insert into AntConc but failed. I hope to understand why it doesn't work and how can I make the file adaptable for AntConc to read. Thanks a lot!

Hi,

I tried loading your Word file, but I had the same problem. Saying that, it's not optimal to try to load data this way. I suggest you export your Excel data to csv and then load the csv into AntConc choosing the "one text per row" option in the Corpus Manager. Then, all the data should be properly processed.
