AntConc freezes when file view is required

Hello Laurence,
I am writing to you with regards to an issue we hit with the most recent version of AntConc for Windows and MacOS (Silicon). I and my Espresso students intended to analyze an 8-million word corpus. KWIC generates results real quickly; however, when we want to jump into the text to see the context, AntConc freezes for a while and turns non-responsive. It can remain so for up to 5 minutes. When we try a smaller dataset, however, the file view utility is much smoother. Is there a way that we can speed up the software so that we can analyze the larger dataset we have rather than a small portion of it.
