Corpus size limit for AntPconc

Dear Laurence, or anybody who can help,

We will use AntPconc to look for translations of certain constructions in three languages. We will use (some of) a very large corpus (about 50,000,000words)

When I try to load the first corpus, in English, the AntPconc stops responding. I'm working with a computer with 32,0 Go of RAM, so I suppose there must be a size limit to the software? If so, could you tell me what that limit is?
