There are various ways to do this. First, I'm not sure how you are generating the raw word cloud. Are you uploading the dialogue into the scratchpad? Or, are you uploading the dialogue as a corpus and using it a source through the other AntConc tools (e.g. file view, or word list)?
Regardless of how you get the dialogue into AntConc, you can use the Global setting filter option to *ignore* words. I would suggest you create a list of words that you are not interested in, loads these in the global settings, and then generate the word cloud.
Of course, the simplest approach would be to use the scratchpad, and edit the text as you see fit.
