Inquiry about Keyword lists

Respected sir,

I have added my 12 pronouns file in antconc after seeing the tutorial from YouTube. When i selected male data and female data seperately and clicked the start option I got pronoun frequencies as you can see in the highlighted excel sheet. 

When I taped on keyword by selecting refrence and Corpus data options, instead of showing all 12 Pronouns results, I got only 3 results as you can see in the interface of antconc. I have entered pronoun list in global setting and within one click I got the frequency of seperate data when in combine i got this one. Can you explain why it is happening? Am I doing in a wrong way or in a right way?

My guess is that these results are correct. You only have 3 pronouns that are used unusually frequently in the target corpus as compared to the reference corpus.

Respected sir, I found this thread. I want to ask when I open hedges' KWIC How Many hedges minimum Or maximum is should see? Because I have them in hundred or thousand. It will not be possible to see all. Biber said that if we have one million words in corpus top 20 should be used for data cut off. But when I see hedges, tag questions or empty adjectives parts of speech in top 20 or 30 or top 50 then how many occurrences of A word i should see as cut off? Kindly guide about it.
