Possible bug when searching multiple words with wildcards

I tried searching for multiple words, which according to your answer, can be done via Advanced Search or wildcards.

However, I noticed that when I search for multiple words using wildcards, the results seem to include duplicates or extra hits that don’t appear when using the Advanced Search feature.

For example, using wildcards returns 7 results, while Advanced Search returns only 4.

Search results using wildcards "agreement * * be"

Search results using Advanced Search (I set ‘be’ to occur within a context window of 3R, which is equivalent to ‘* * be’)

It is evident that in search results using wildcards, row 2,4, and 6 are duplicates.

If this behavior is intentional, I apologize in advance.

I'm very sorry for the extremely late reply. Your message got buried
in my inbox, and I only found it while working through a long backlog.

Thank you for the clear description and examples. Since your report is
from last year and AntConc has changed since then, could you let me
know whether the duplicate or extra hits still occur in the current
version? If they do, please let me know the version number and, if
possible, send a small sample file that reproduces the problem. I will
then investigate it.
