Is there a place you have your recipes written so I can print them or at least hand copy them without pausing/backing up your videos? Do the books you have for sale lay flat to look at like a recipe card is?

Love your recipes . ..purchased tne turbo book as those are si goid snd quick to make. Can you do turbo on any of your traditional breads or would measurement be different. We tried the traditional Garlic but must have done something wrong as it was too wrt and didnt rise enough?. Thsnks for the videos as it is keeping us busy while staying at home and safe.
Thanks in advance for sny suggestions .

So if I am going to make a traditional recipe would I follow the directions for the traditional and just increase the yeast and do the turbo proofing? Some of the recipes in traditional are slightly different then the Turbo ones? It seems like all the Turbo ones use 1 1/4 tsp yeast where the traditional ones most times use only 1/4 tsp? Thank you for delicious recipes and getting back to me.

Hi Steve. We love the recipes. Yesterday, I baked the Betty Crocker white bread using the degas, stretch no touch method and it was fantastic. Your no-knead recipes and techniques make a winner out of anybody wanting to bake consistently good quality bread. One question: For all the bread you bake, how do you store it? How should the average person store this bread? I want to keep the crunchy crust, if possible. Many thanks for your many insights.

I just made your Introductory Turbo load at high altitude (7000+ ft) with no modifications and it turned out great. Thought you might find this of interest. It does rise a bit more aggressively so when I make it next time I think I will shorten the rising time a bit, especially the second rise. It was getting so big and threatening to jump over the side while my oven was heating. Was a very tense moment.

Hi Steve,
Thank you for helping me to make my first loaf of bread! After having success twice I tried to make cinnamon raisin bread in my new 5 qt. metal Dutch oven. I followed the temperature and cooking time from the same recipe I used in the regular bread but it came out overcooked on the outside and not quite finished on the inside. I want to try again but need your suggestions first.
Please help so I can continue trying others on your site.
Again thank you.
Donna

Cinnamon raisin bread and Mediterranean olive bread both have longer cooking times because of their mass (weight and density of their flavor ingredients). Bake until it has an interior temperature of 200 degrees F. Steve

GPT-4 Turbo with Vision provides exclusive access to Azure AI Services tailored enhancements. When combined with Azure AI Vision, it enhances your chat experience by providing the chat model with more detailed information about visible text in the image and the locations of objects.

The Optical Character Recognition (OCR) integration allows the model to produce higher quality responses for dense text, transformed images, and number-heavy financial documents. It also covers a wider range of languages.

The object grounding integration brings a new layer to data analysis and user interaction, as the feature can visually distinguish and highlight important elements in the images it processes.

Azure AI enhancements for GPT-4 Turbo with Vision will be billed separately from the core functionalities. Each specific Azure AI enhancement for GPT-4 Turbo with Vision has its own distinct charges. For details, see the special pricing information.

You should receive a response with more detailed information about visible text in the image and the locations of objects. Consider asking follow-up questions related to the analysis of your image to learn more.

GPT-4 Turbo with Vision provides exclusive access to Azure AI Services tailored enhancements. The video prompt integration uses Azure AI Vision video retrieval to sample a set of frames from a video and create a transcript of the speech in the video. It enables the AI model to give summaries and answers about video content.

In the Assistant setup pane, provide a System Message to guide the assistant. The default System Message is: "You are an AI assistant that helps people find information." You can tailor the System Message to the video or scenario that you're uploading.

Go to your resource in the Azure portal. On the navigation pane, select Keys and Endpoint under Resource Management. Copy the Endpoint value and an access key value. You can use either the KEY 1 or KEY 2 value. Having two keys allows you to securely rotate and regenerate keys without causing a service disruption.

Video prompt integration is outside the scope of this quickstart. See the GPT-4 Turbo with Vision how-to guide for detailed instructions on setting up video prompts in chat completions programmatically.

Go to your resource in the Azure portal. The Keys & Endpoint section can be found in the Resource Management section. Copy your endpoint and access key as you'll need both for authenticating your API calls. You can use either KEY1 or KEY2. Always having two keys allows you to securely rotate and regenerate keys without causing a service disruption.

Hi I'm Debbie. I'm an asthma specialist nurse. I'm going to show you how to use a Turbohaler. This is a dry powder device or DPI. Getting your inhaler technique right is very important because it helps you manage symptoms better. It may take a few tries to feel comfortable using your inhaler but it does get easier with practice. When you first get your Turbohaler, you need to get it ready to use. First, twist off the cover and hold the Turbohaler upright with the coloured base at the bottom. Turn the coloured base as far as it will go in one direction and then all the way back again. You should hear a click on one of these turns. It doesn't matter which way you turn it first. Repeat the sequence once more. Your Turbohaler is now ready to use for the first time. When you use your inhaler again, you don't need to repeat these steps. To use your inhaler, first twist off the top cover. Check there's nothing inside the mouthpiece. Check the dose counter to make sure the inhaler isn't empty. On some Turbohalers, the dose counter is here and shows the number of puffs left. On other Turbohalers, the dose counter is here. When there are only 20 doses left in the inhaler, a red strip will appear in the top of the window. When it gets to the bottom of the window, this means your inhaler is empty. Hold the inhaler upright. Turn the coloured base to the right as far as it will go and then to the left until you hear a click. Your dose is now ready. Sit or stand up straight and slightly tilt your chin up as it helps the medicine reach your lungs. The next steps all happen smoothly in one action. Breathe out gently and slowly away from the inhaler, until your lungs feel empty and you feel ready to breathe in. Hold the inhaler horizontally but don't tip it upside down as the powder may fall out. Put your lips around the mouthpiece to make a tight seal, then breathe in quickly and deeply until your lungs feel full. Take the inhaler out of your mouth and hold your breath for up to ten seconds or for as long as you comfortably can. Then breathe out gently away from the inhaler. If you've been prescribed a second puff, repeat these steps. When you've finished, twist the cover back on. If you've used an inhaler that contains steroids, rinse your mouth with water and spit it out to reduce the chance of side effects. For more tips on using your inhaler, why not watch our other videos.
