We are using ANT Media Community version 2.3.0 unable to go live on YouTube.

If we use WebRTCAppEE for youtube and facebook live streaming it work but if we use WebRTCApp then its not working (Community Edition 2.30.)

What do you mean by using WebRTCAppEE ? Do you also have an enterprise edition?

Initially there are no differences between different apps. You can configure them as you like. If you don't have an enterprise edition, maybe you can match the app settings of WebRTCApp with WebRTCAppEE or keep using WebRTCAppEE, there is no difference except the settings between apps.
