Change bitrate for VOD playlist

Hello,

Is there a way to change the bitrate that Ant Media Server streams at for when I am streaming a playlist with VOD content? I am using the community edition and I would like to stream at 720p, 3500kbps for video and 320kbps for Audio.

Ant Media Server forwards streams what it receives by default. If you want to publish your stream with specific bitrate and resolution parameters, you need to enable transcode in Ant Media Server. Transcode feature only available on Enterprise Edition. 

But you can transcode your VoD streams via FFmpeg and you can send your stream with converted VoD files.
