Security Settings - Allow Only In Database (Enterprise Edition)

I'm trying to find details on how to use the Security Settings - Allow Only In Database feature for your Enterprise Edition. Could you give me more information on how to use this this, etc...?

Thank you for reach us!

This setting shortly; Checking Live Stream is registered in Ant Media Server.

For example: If Stream Publishing enabled Allow All option, everyone send RTMP live stream Ant Media Server. If Stream Publishing enabled Allow Only In Database option, only registered streaming accept Ant Media Server. Registered mean, Dashboard/App/Live Streams/New Live Streams.
