Conference Room on Ant media between iOS

Hello,

I am initiating a stream from a mobile device & want that to be converted to a conference room when needed. I am using ant Media enterprise edition 1.8.1 for this. 

Can anyone guide me on this? 

it could be a video call between the group of users. Who are joined from mobile & web?
