Archiving ANT groups

FYI, I will be archiving these groups in favour of github discussions
in the near future (1-2 months). When I launched this project there
were no methods to discuss except bugs/issues on github. Now that this
feature has been out for a while I think it would be beneficial rather
than having me approve everyone who wants to discuss ANT(+) topics.

For those looking for a Rust release, a 0.1.0 release is on the
horizon for this quarter
