Updates: New Board, more profiles

Just a quick update, the Adafruit feather breakout is now available. Check it out at https://github.com/reeganm/ANT-FeatherWing

Thanks to Sepp62 the LEV Display profile will be released soon along with some major bug fixes related multiple profile handling (again thanks Sepp62 for finding them.)

Master profiles will be released once the core datapage rotation handling is completed, profiles available will be Heart Rate, Moxy and Shifting (thanks again to Sepp62 for the last 2.)

I expect the next release to be done by end of July. I have some vacation time coming up that I plan on spending making sure the release goes out.
