Hi all ,

I work on cold plate design for cooling of electronic devices.I'm going to use ANSYS Icepak software. I have some experience with ANSYS however, I couldn't start a cold plate design with ANSYS Icepak.I need initial steps with this software such as distribution of temperature of electronic device on cold plate and pressure drop in fluid.

As seen from my comments , I need this initial step to start my project.If someone experience with this type of things , can someone help me about this ?
