I really don't understand what is "Negative Radius element". Actually
it is a error. How can I fix it?

I think you are doing an axisymmetric analyse
refer to ansys help about axisymmetric structures :
here are some points :
-The axis of symmetry must coincide with the global Cartesian Y-axis
-Negative nodal X-coordinates are not permitted
wish it could solve your problem.
