I've created a new Windows 10 instant clone pool and in testing I am seeing this yellow exclamation at the top right of office apps. When I click it, it says Account Error. Sorry, we can't get to your account right now. Then I have the option to sign in again to fix it. It actually says that I am already signed in, and Office does seem to be activated. When I sign in again, the exclamation goes away and things seem fine. Then when I log off and back in, its back, and it still says I am signed in.

If you bought Microsoft 365 Family and want to allow other users to install Office, please don't send the product key to them because they will see the same error. Instead, send them an email or link using the procedure in How to share your Office 365 Home subscription benefit. This will add their Microsoft accounts to your subscription and allow them to go to their Microsoft account, Services & subscriptions page to install Office apps on their own devices.

When trying to do the same thing on Citrix, either through publishing a desktop on the server, or publishing Excel/Word as an app,
we are getting account errors in Office 365. "Account Error - Sorry we cant get to your account right now"

If you see the above error message stating "Account Error. Sorry, we can't get to your account right now. To fix this, please sign in again.", you can ignore the error message. Above that yellow error message, you should already see your name, your @murraystate.edu email address, and the "Sign out" option. This is a common error and won't affect your ability to use or save any work in Office 365.

We use O365 E3 licensing, user's license is correct, they can login to O365 apps on their local desktop. WHen they join an RDS to do a report, in quickbooks for example, and export to Excel, it pops up with an error stating Sorry, another account from your organization is already signed in on this computer. User is not able to continue work.

I'm having an issue in a work environment where OneDrive is giving a sync error when I try to sign in to the application. Essentially, this seems to happen to new and existing users who get a new computer that starts on MacOS 12.2 or later. OneDrive opens, lets me log in, and then when I get to the point where I choose the folder path, I get an error that says "Sorry, we can't add your "folder location" folder right now. Please try again."

This error appeared yesterday out of the blue. I'd been on appstoreconnect.apple.com working on an app update and later in the day when I tried to log in again I immediately get the error, "Failed to verify your identity. Try Again". No verification code is sent and it's not a password issue, as that's a different error.

Windows 10 users report seeing this error when trying to sign in to their Microsoft accounts, not to be confused with local user accounts. This makes it nearly impossible to use many Microsoft apps such as the critical Office suite or planners like Calendar.

If you did not drive your vehicle on public streets during the registration lapse, you may avoid the late fees if you renew through a MyDMV account or in person at a DMV office and complete an Affidavit of Non-Operation. Late fees cannot be waived or refunded if you renew at a kiosk or an emissions station.

This error means that your Office 365 account does not have a mailbox for the email address you're trying to connect. For example, you may have an Office 365 account that you use for other products such as Word or Excel, but your email is hosted with a different email provider. You will need to choose the correct provider to connect your calendar or email.

If your Google account is enrolled in Google's Advanced Protection Program, apps that require elevated access to Gmail and Google Drive are automatically blocked by default. For HubSpot's Gmail integration to work correctly, access is needed to read and write emails on your behalf, which Google classifies as high risk access.

Zendesk shows this error message when there are connection delays between your computer and account. Your calls are still routed to the queue, but there are issues routing the call to your agents. There could also be a delay in opening the new ticket for the call you are answering.

If the above steps do not resolve the trial or license expired errors, sign in to your Adobe account, go to your plans and click View All on the specific plan. Contact your administrator, and suggest performing the below steps. Learn more about how to contact your administrator.

Alternatively, you can find outlook.exe in the default installation folder: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office version. Where Office version is Office15 if you are using Office 2013, Office14 for Office 2010 and so on.

  • Right-click on OUTLOOK.EXE, and then click Properties.
  • Switch to the Compatibility tab and be sure to clear the "Run this program in compatibility mode for" check box.
  • Click OK and try to start Outlook.
If you still cannot open the Outlook window and the same "Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook" error persists, try to restore the previous version of the PST file. Of course, in this case some of your recent emails and appointments will be lost, but it seems to be a better alternative than no Outlook at all. So, right click on the Outlook.pst file and select Restore Previous Versions.Create a new Outlook profileIf neither repairing nor restoring the Outlook.pst file worked, you can create a new mail profile in order to see if it solves the problem. If it does, then you can copy your current Outlook data file (.pst or .ost) from the broken mail profile to the newly created one.

Had problems for days with opening MS office outlook. Tried MS online but just going round in circles with the online help. Found your sight with the exact "error box message". Tried a few of your tips, and turning off compatibility worked. Into new calendar, weight off my shoulders BIG THANK YOU.

You can also troubleshoot or repair the app via Windows itself, but this depends on your level of access when it comes to administration rights. Start by trying to access the Settings by tapping the Windows + I keys simultaneously on your keyboard. Navigate to System > Troubleshoot > Other trouble-shooters. Scroll down until you see Windows Store apps and then click Run.
