Not sure if it was obvious to everyone, but ntp needs to be running on
the post processing boxes to keep system time sync'ed. On Friday at
AVO we noticed that the new second post processing box was very behind
on keeping up with fulfilling request cards. The reason it turned out
was the system clock was very much off (the motherboard had a massive
failure and was replaced). Once Tom Parker corrected the time, the
more recent request cards started getting fulfilled by the waveform
archiver (wa). The reason is that the wa finds request cards based on
the time since "now" and if that is off, there will be an offset in
when it gets fulfilled.
