A new leapseconds file valid through 30 June 2020 is available at:

Note:

An updated leapseconds file is also included under /usr/share/zoneinfo
in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 and 7 (and equivalent CentOS versions), as
well as other systemd-based distributions, such as Fedora, Debian, and
Arch.
