Thanks to all the AQMS developers and users who attended last Friday's (first Friday of the month AQMS dev get together). We had a good discussion and I hope these meetings help facilitate more communication between the users via this group and at least once a month. For those that couldn't make it, the big news items are:
CI/CD is coming to AQMS-SWG so that new bug fixes will result in compiled codes for the various libraries and modules. There will be a follow-on meeting that some will attend to go over the merging of the cmake-dev branch and the CI/CD back to the main code base. This work was an expansion of work that Aparna did and was completed by Stefan Mertl of ISTI. Please email me today or tomorrow if you wish to participate in this side discussion further.
A number of issues are being worked on; stationXML, aqms-tdmt, Jiggle functional isolation.
It was learned that the ShakeAlert team uses a branch of our AQMS libs for their development and wants to merge back to have one repo and not a branched one. TBD when that will happen (Renate please have someone reach out to us on that).
UW is currently testing Rocky 9 and Postgres 17
Caltech is on RHEL 8 and Postgres 16 in production
Best regards,
Paul
