Question: What format should the dynamic input variables be for ansible?

We had a process i.e when ever a server is ready to use, before providing it to customer it has to be pass through a validation. For this validation a form/ticket will be created and they will provide a output file with list of requested parameters. From the server, i can collect the specific parameters by 'gather facts' and needs to compare, validate against the output file. My question is in what format the output file should be, that ansible can read and compare?

This is all very vague - I appreciated you try to keep things
abstract, but atm I don't understand much of it.
What is this "ticket/form"? Who are "they"? What is this "output
file", and what are those "requested parameters"? What do you mean by
"validating against output file"?
Compare? or change? or ....?

Maybe give an actual example - without getting into the specifics of
your workflow?
