This is all very vague - I appreciated you try to keep things
abstract, but atm I don't understand much of it.
What is this "ticket/form"? Who are "they"? What is this "output
file", and what are those "requested parameters"? What do you mean by
"validating against output file"?
Compare? or change? or ....?
Maybe give an actual example - without getting into the specifics of
your workflow?
