Invoking a 3rd party Web service Listener on creation of entry in Ansible Tower Schedule Table

I would like to know ,how can we invoke an 3rd party Web Service Listener on creation of an record/entry  in Schedule Table of Ansible Tower.

Please let know your thoughts .

This list is for Ansible and not Tower.
