vmware_guest: customizing new VM from template

Hello there,

Is there any limitation when customizing an Oracle Linux OS? 

I'm creating a new guest from a template (with VMware Tools installed) and trying to set static IP, but its not working. The VM is created with the NIC configured as  I want (device_type, name), but only without IP.

My guest_id is oracleLinux64Guest. I'm running ansible 2.3.0 (devel 4f117df6ec).
