Hi.

We include a gem as a .gem file, copy it over the host, and then use the gem module to install it.
If we update the gem with a new version, the gem  module doesn't pick up the change and doesn't run.

With gem_source, we can't use the version number, nor the state=latest.

Is there a way to go around that ?

Thank you

ansible 1.5.2

If you believe you have an issue here with the current release (latest is 1.6 as of today), please make sure one is filed at github.com/ansible/ansible.

Thanks!
