ProductId and/or Name does not match

Hi, I am trying to install SQL package in target machine. Though i have given the correct product id I am getting the following error.

"module_name": "win_package"}, "msg": "Package from D:\\SQL 2014\\SQLEXPR_x64_ENU\\SETUP.exe was installed, but the specified ProductId and/or Name does not match package details", "name": "SQL Server 2014"

And also SQL is not installed. If any one knows what is the issue please let me know.
