That is a very vague question.
The questions on this list are usually the other way around: you
explain a use case you have, what you have done to automate that using
Ansible, and then ask a question about a problem .
Can you reformulate your question in such a way?

Red Hat has a nice walk through on provisioning an EC2 instance and associated AWS components, along with deploying an app within the instance.
