launch EC2 instances with tags and installing a patch on them

Hi All,

I am able to launch the EC2 instances with a particular tag ,and can perform some tasks on them in same playbook.

What is the way to install some application on the running instances from a different playbook on later point of time based on their tags.

Any help would be appreciated.
