Ansible and tower on different systems

Is it possible to have the Ansible and Ansible-Tower on two different systems.

I mean to ask if the Ansible Control M and Tower can be on two different systems.?

Tower can be clustered in a way that jobs are executed on different nodes, but I think those nodes also have tower installed and running in a "worker" mode. I suspect you meant having tower run ansible on an arbitrary non-tower machine, so the short answer would be "no".
