I cannot see a playbook available in Ansible tower if my source is git hub

I am VERY new to ansible. 

I am attempting to do this demo at https://www.ansible.com/products/tower/setup

all goes well until the "create job template" section in the above document

I am unable to see the hello_world.yml as I would expect to see 

thanks for any help you can give !

if I attempt to create a template with referencing any other project I can see many yml files 

what is different about this new project that I cannot see any templates ?

fixed !!!!it was a DNS issue ,the DNS server it was pointing to was retired months ago!!!!
